Mesquite & Garlic Grilled Steak

"Marinate your favorite steaks in a Southwest flavored marinade for 30 minutes, then grill to perfection. It's that simple!"

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds steak, 1-inch thick (top sirloin, rib-eye or T-bone)
1 (12 ounce) bottle Lawry's® Mesquite Marinade With Lime Juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Pepper
1 teaspoon Lawry's® Garlic Powder With Parsley

DIRECTIONS:
( 1 ) Place steak in large Ziploc® bag. In medium bowl, mix together Mesquite
Marinade, Seasoned Pepper and Garlic Powder With Parsley;reserve 1/3 cup marinade mixture. Pour remaining marinade mixture into bag with steak; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once.
( 2 ) Remove steak from bag, discarding used marinade. Grill, brushing often with reserved marinade mixture, until desired degree of doneness, about 16 to 20 minutes.
